No registration fee
will be charged to the participants except expenses of lodging and
meals during the Summer School.
The lodging and meals will
be arranged by the organizer. The total expenses of 29,000 JYen
(approx 300
The travel expenses should be borne by participants.
All applicants are required to provide a short
letter explaining the reason of application (less than half a
page) and curriculum vitae, which will be used for selection
purposes.
On Saturday Aug. 1 program of cultural events will be organized.
Certificate will be awarded for the successful completion of the
Summer School
Participants (all students) are required to make the poster
presentation during the school. Manuscripts of posters should be
sent to
NPPss_pos@nuclear.jp
by June 30, 2009 electronically for preparation of the proceedings.
Posters for presentation should be hand carried and displayed by
participants.
